Lauren Kirby is an entrepreneur with 30 years' experience in business management, process design and documentation disciplines. (Read her bio!) She started her first business (First Impressions) in 1992, second (efriendlysites.com) in 1996 and third (TurnAround, LLC) in 2006. She is a seasoned business manager, trainer, public speaker, writer, and ezine author. In her spare time, she enjoys providing patient care for Capital Hospice, gardening, photography, and making and decorating cakes.
Lauren resides in Centreville, VA with her husband, Pete. They have two grown sons.
